Wanting to Renew Your Lease?

Your lease is coming up for renewal and you love living where you are.  Our team will contact you 6-8 weeks prior to discuss your options.  If you know you are wanting to stay on and want to sign for another term.  That’s great ! Please let us know by through your Tenancy portal.

Our team will then be in contact with you and the Landlord to get everything arranged for you.

Needing to leave at the end of your lease?

Sorry to see you go.  We just need everything in writing.  Please complete the following form and send back to us.

Once we have received, we will send out your vacating pack full of handy hints and to do lists.

Maintenance Required ?

To be able to assist you quickly with things need fixing, please report all maintenance through your Tenancy portal.

If there is an urgent maintenance required outside business hours (such us leaking pipe, storm damage, break in, fire) please call 0403 460 553, extreme emergencies call 000.

Changes in circumstances and you need to leave early? 

Life happens and sometimes you need to ‘break’ you lease early.  As a tenancy agreement is a legally binding agreement, if it is broken, compensation will probably need to be paid such as:

– Rent payable until the property is re-let and up to the start of that agreement, or until the end of tenancy agreement, whichever occurs first

– Reasonable re-letting costs

– Reasonable advertising costs
